Arrival and Departure

We welcome you between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

In the event of a late arrival or delay, please inform us at +33 (0)7 79 31 12 47 so that we can arrange our schedule and welcome you in the best possible conditions.

On the day of departure, premises must be vacated before 10:00 AM. An earlier departure is always possible; please let us know the day before.

Conclusion of the Contract

The booking becomes effective as soon as we receive your deposit (30% of the total rental amount). The balance of the total rental amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.

For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due upon booking.

Tourist Tax (Taxe de Séjour)

A tourist tax is added to the price of the stay, collected by the host on behalf of the Communauté de Communes de Morlaix. As our cottages are classified as 3-star (3*), the applicable tourist tax amount is €1.71 per night, per adult.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter addressed to Gîtes du Bulz or by email to [email protected].

Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: The deposit paid, minus a 3% management fee, will be refunded by Gîtes du Bulz.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the price of the stay is due. However, if the owner manages to re-let the property for those dates, the amount paid can be credited towards a future stay.

In the event of a shortened stay: The full price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains entirely acquired by the owner.

Context of the COVID-19 pandemic:

If the stay cannot take place due to government restrictions (lockdown, travel restrictions, mandatory 14-day quarantine upon return), the cancellation will result in a postponement of the stay to dates of your choice. The sums paid will be used to credit this new stay.

No refund or postponement is possible in the event of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis or being a contact case. (This eventuality can be covered by a cancellation insurance policy).

Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price of your stay. However, we kindly ask you to leave the cottage in a decent condition.

You will just need to wash and put away the dishes, empty the bins, and clean the barbecue or fireplace.

Upon departure, please return all equipment and furniture to their original positions.

Capacity

This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional guests or to apply an extra charge.

Pets

Pets are very welcome! When booking, please specify the number of animals that will be accompanying you. Failure to comply with this clause may result in a refusal of the stay, and no refund will be issued.

During your stay, pets must under no circumstances be left unattended in the garden and must respect the peace and quiet of the premises.

Restoring a cottage occupied by a dog requires extra cleaning time. If you are coming with your 4-legged companion, a supplement of €8 per night will be applied.

Security Deposit

Guests are required to pay a security deposit of €300 upon arrival.

This deposit is intended to cover any potential damage to furniture and items. It will be returned upon departure after a check of the premises.

Holiday Insurance (Assurance Villégiature)

You are responsible for any damage arising from your own actions. You are therefore required to be covered by a holiday-type insurance policy (assurance villégiature) for these various risks.

General Information

Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents.

The cottages are strictly non-smoking, but ashtrays are available in the garden.

The garden must remain a peaceful place to rest and unwind.

We ask everyone to respect the peace and tranquility of others.
